Adnan Hajj in the New York Times

Sunday August 5th had the New York Times using a photo by the same photographer that was "suspended" from Reuters later that day for doctoring a photograph by crudely "clone stamping" more smoke on to the site of an Israeli bombing of Beirut.

Reuters has since pulled all 920 of Hajj's shots and admitted that the photo was manipulated. The photo is still available on their online site, in a slideshow here (scroll about halfway down the page, it's in the left hand column and Hajj's shot of a man on a stretcher is close to the end of the feature).
