I bought these sweaters together about 7 years ago. They're really high quality cotton, I got them at Barney's, one pink and one blue. Over the years, the colors faded but the yarns still held up, which is surprising for cotton. Anyway, I couldn't just let them die away so I dyed them!

One minor accident. I hung them a bit too close together while they were still wet and got some blue splotches on the pink sweater ( I guess I didn't rinse it as much as I should have) but the story has a happy ending! I had turned the sweaters inside-out before dyeing so the spots are on the inside. Yay!

They're nice and bright now, and serendipitously flickr-like. I like.
