Clark Hoyt, the Public Editor for the Times, suggests that to encourage fewer spelling mistakes in the Paper of Wreckord misspellers should be required to write personal letters of apology to the person whose name they mangled.

I'd wager they'd all be so busy, they'd have no time to report the news.

Poor Jen apparently only has the one shirt to wear, so maybe we could all take up a collection or something to pitch in and get her a new one.

We first saw her in the shirt in question back when she went on Oprah. Then she wore it again on Larry King Live (sorry you'll have to squint to see it the shot is so small, but I'm sleepy and too lazy to hunt down another pic!). She showed up in it again when she appeared on Letterman and then today I saw over on Perez Hilton that she was caught again in this same black shirt coming out of her agent's office. Please let's hope the agent was able to get her some work so she can buy a new shirt! Or at least have this one dry cleaned.
